| Né a Sydney, Australie le 27 juillet 1968, Julian est le second d'une famille de trois enfants. Il étudie la loi à l'Université de Sydney, mais abandonne ses études après une brillante carrière de cinq ans et travaille dans le commerce. En 1987, il devient modèle à Los Angeles, New York, Milan, Paris et autres centre internationaux de la mode. Julian apparaît dans de nombreuses séries en Australie comme "Home and Away" dont un magasine national le nomme meilleur acteur. Après un grand rôle dans le film "Exchange Lifeguards", il part à Los Angeles où de nombreux projets l'attendent. Il apparaîtra dans "Another World", "Women in Control", "Magenta". Julian adore le surf, le vélo, le baseball le football, le basketball et la cuisine. Il collectionne les livres classiques.

Cole Turner first came into the Charmed Ones' lives when he was sent by the Evil Triad to destroy them. The son of a demon and a human, he also had a demonic side named Belthazor. Using his human form, Cole posed as an assistant district attorney and attempted to get close to Phoebe in order to kill her, but fell in love with her instead. Phoebe fell in love back, and even after she found out he was evil she could not vanquish him. Instead, she convinced him to give up his demonic ways and even created a potion that conquered his demonic half.
